A LATE SUMMER FEAST

A balmy summer day, blue skies above the apple tree and a table set in the garden invite you to an enjoyable summer feast with friends!

It's high summer around Hazelnut House. On the permaculture farm, the tomatoes and peppers are ripe and taste like pure sunshine! Together we drive to the nearby Fromburger Hof and harvest the fruits of late summer! The feeling of happiness in your stomach pulling spicy carrots out of the ground and snacking on tomatoes straight from the bush is simply indescribable. Afterwards we return home, together we cook around the large kitchen island and create wonderful vegetarian recipes! Outside, a warm summer wind blows through the leaves. Under the big apple tree we build up a long table with a linen tablecloth and enjoy the gift of summer! What a feast!
