It’s the first Advent, and the small hotel on the hill is immersed in a romantic Christmas atmosphere. How wonderful it is at this time to bake together and make ourselves cozy! We transform the kitchen of Hazelnut House into a charming Christmas bakery and bake a delightful selection of pastries. The scent of cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise fills the entire house, while mulled wine steams gently on the stove.
After baking, we return to Maison 2 and enjoy a cozy Tea Time by the fireplace. As the fire flickers, we listen to Christmas stories from our childhood…

For an unforgettable experience, we recommend combining the workshop with a stay at our hotel. During this weekend, the hotel is exclusively open to workshop participants.
The final hotel prices are for two nights from November 27-29, 2026, including breakfast and a homemade three-course course dinner in the evening (59 € per person) at our oak table. Check-in: Friday at 3:00 p.m., Check-out: Sunday at 11 a.m.
