How many rooms are available?
We offer ten uniquely designed rooms, each with a warm and special atmosphere.
Do rooms include private bathrooms?
Yes, all rooms feature private bathrooms with walk-in rain showers, salon hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo/shower gel and hand soap).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome upon request. Additional fees may apply.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes, our Family Church View Room is fully accessible, offering a spacious design and a barrier-free bathroom.
Check-In and Check-Out
What are the check-in and check-out times for the hotel rooms?
Check-in: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Check-out: by 11:00 am
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in (from 1:00 pm) is possible on request for €50 per room.
Late check-out (until 1:00 pm) is possible on request for €100 per room.
What happens if I arrive after 6:00 pm?
Please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.

When is the hotel open?
The hotel is open to all guests 7/7, between February 1st and December 15th.
Is Hazelnut House open year-round for events?
Yes, corporate events, retreats, and group bookings are available year-round (Modays to Sundays), including during the off-season (December 15th – February
1st.).

What are the dining options at Hazelnut House?
Breakfast: 8:00 am – 10:00 am (included in your stay)
Dinner: Tuesdays to Fridays from 7:00 pm, featuring a three-course dinner included in your half-board stay.
What happens on Saturdays?
Afternoon: Coffee and home-baked cakes (2:00 pm – 5:00 pm).
Evening: Tarte Flambée Workshop at 7:00 pm (booking required). Guests prepare and enjoy a three-course meal together.
Can external guests dine at Hazelnut House?
Yes, external guests are warmly welcome to join us for meals by making a reservation via our website
(Zenchef).
Breakfast: Tuesdays to Sundays, 8:00 am – 10:00 am (reservation required via Zenchef).
Coffee & Cake: Saturdays, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (except during private events; please check by email).
Dinner: Wednesdays to Fridays from 7:00 pm – enjoy a seasonal three-course menu (reservation via Zenchef); Saturdays at 7:00 pm Tarte Flambée Workshop (3-course dinner €59 pp; reservation via Zenchef or by email at [email protected]).
Can guests bring their own food or drinks?
Please note that food and drinks brought by guests may incur a storage fee of €20/person, except for baby or allergy-related items.

Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Flexi rate: Cancellations allowed up to 5 days before arrival.
