Whenever I sink into our Hazelnut House Armchair, I feel as though time gently loosens its grip on me. This chair is more than a place to sit - it’s a quiet refuge, a warm embrace waiting at the end of the day.

The Hazelnut House Armchair is upholstered in a pure Austrian Loden fabric. Its texture is soft yet durable, warming gently to the touch, making every moment spent in the chair feel like a small indulgence. The frame is crafted from solid ash wood, a noble material known for its elasticity, strength and beautifully marbled grain. I love how the pale ash slowly darkens in the sunlight - how it grows warmer, richer, more characterful with time. Brass details add a quiet elegance, a whisper of craftsmanship that honors the chair’s heritage.

You’ll find the Hazelnut House Armchair throughout our hotel - in the lounge - where it creates an atmosphere so cozy that guests often tell me they forget the world outside. I understand them completely. Wrapped in a wool blanket, a good book in my hands, and with the soft view of the Pilgrimage Church of Girsterklaus just beyond the window, I often lose track of hours myself.

Inside its gentle curves, supported by zigzag springs and high-resilience foam, I always feel held. Grounded. At home.
